Steven Long
With approximately 22 years of construction experience, Steven brings a broad background to every project. His career includes seven years in geotechnical engineering, where he helped build residential developments and commercial high-rise buildings in Houston, Texas. After transitioning into property maintenance, he steadily expanded his services and expertise, ultimately building Highmark Construction Group into the licensed general contracting company it is today.

Dan Ballard
Dan Ballard is Highmark Construction Group’s project manager and an experienced carpenter and all-around home builder. His background includes custom home construction, remodeling, and building homes throughout the Laramie and Northern Colorado area. Dan brings practical knowledge, craftsmanship, and hands-on leadership to every Highmark project.

Ian Peters serves as Highmark Construction Group’s lead construction technician and painting specialist. He brings a strong eye for detail, dependable craftsmanship, and hands-on construction experience to every project. From professional painting and finishing to supporting all phases of construction, Ian helps ensure each job meets Highmark’s standards for quality.
